Mature Movers
Are you an older person who wants to keep working on your overall fitness and strength? Mature Movers is for you. This low-impact class allows you to go at your own pace. Surrounded by a like-minded community, you can improve your overall fitness level. This class will also help you improve your muscle tone, strength, flexibility, balance and posture. This class is specially tailored to the needs of the older person.

Janet has worked with a range of organisations and groups to create customised classes and sessions to meet their unique needs. She has developed sessions for adults and young people and worked with groups such as Aspin Grove, HR suite, Arthritis Ireland, The Stotts, Boys Brigade,

Total Body Circuits
Total body circuits combine cardio, strength training and core work. The result is a time-efficient full-body workout. In this class, you will improve the muscular strength and endurance of all muscle groups. Combined with other lifestyle factors (such as a good diet, drinking enough water and getting enough sleep) this class promotes weight loss. It is a fun, friendly and community-based class. There is always a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All exercises are very adaptable and can be made harder or easier. This makes it perfect for all fitness levels.

At each stage of a woman's life, they face different challenges. Janet’s Personal Training specialises in supporting women through each of their life stages. Using a holistic approach that considers each clients unique needs and goals, she guides and supports women to take control of their overall health and well-being. She designs and creates specialised fitness programs that cater for various fitness levels and goals. She focuses on helping women thrive through all the changes they face during their lifetime.
