Janet at RYG Fitness offers a range of fitness classes in Tralee including Pilates, Total Body Circuits and Matures Movers. She also designs custom classes for local businesses and organisations that meet the group's unique health and fitness needs. She aims to create a fun and friendly community feel in all her classes. The classes are inclusive and adapted to all fitness levels. Her goal is to give everyone, no matter their current fitness level, a place to begin their fitness journey. There is something for everyone.

Her Personal Training specialises in supporting women through each of their life stages. Using a holistic approach she guides and supports women to take control of their health and wellbeing. She designs and creates specialised fitness programs to cater to various fitness levels and goals. She focuses on helping women thrive through all the changes they face during their lifetime.

Meet Your Instructor

Janet Slye holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Health and Leisure and is certified as an N.C.E.F. Personal Trainer and a Pilates Instructor. After 10 years of running a sucessful fitness business and 15 years working in the industry, she brings a wealth of expertise to her fitness instruction. She is passionate about listening to her clients and helping them develop solutions that help her clients achieve their health goals.

The circuits class starts with a comprehensive warm up for 5 minutes before the various exercises of the circuit are explained & demonstrated. Janet is very encouraging & helpful & U feel I get a great overall workout which finishes with a 2 minute HIIT session. The class finishes with a great overall stretch session. I also enjoy the Pilates class with Janet.  No 2 classes are the same & she explains & demonstrates  the moves well.
